Private membership community, centering Black Women & other WOC, built to support & empower our transition from nonprofit 9-5 to independent consultant. In our community of women who range from those strongly considering independent consulting to those a couple of years in, you will feel safe showing up as you are in your full humanity, multi-dimensions, and intersections. We are serious about our values (https://www.katalystconsult.com/values) and we have one goal for this community: to create a space where you have the support and resources you need to thrive on your independent nonprofit consulting journey (whatever that may look like for you). The group offers an 8 weekly expert speaker series, a private LinkedIn Community, 8 monthly group Action Learning coaching, pop-up sessions throughout the year, celebrations, template scripts, contracts, & resources, and more!
