Our retreat is for independent-minded, heart-centered Black women, other women of color, and aligned partners who want space to recalibrate surrounded by deep care and intentional engagement, while expanding, planning, and visioning next chapters with other dope sisters.
We create the space and bring together those who are in need of a beautiful and peaceful place to just be. We offer a handful of group opportunities for us to be in community, and we also encourage you to simply do you. If you arrive and decide that your body needs to just walk, or journal, or photograph, or sleep, this is also your time and space to do just that.
It is our deepest intention when we're together that the restoration we find in the focus on ourselves can propel us even just one inch closer to whatever vision we each have for our lives and businesses. And also to return back to our work and personal lives with our cups completely filled.

About the 2026 Fill Your Cup Retreat...
We created this space for you. For us.
You make decisions and are in charge of things, and teams, and people all day, every day. At the Fill Your Cup retreat, you will be taken care of. The only responsibility you will have is to yourself, to cater to the needs that are unique to you in each moment, and to fill your cup.
From the time you arrive at our retreat home, restoration & empowerment are the name of the game.
✨ This year's retreat will bring together no more than 15 ladies to restore at the Windsor Island home in Davenport, Florida!
✨WHAT'S IN YOUR INVESTMENT. 11/4-11/7.
4 days/3 nights' single-room and double occupancy, resort accommodations, breakfast, 1 dinner, 1 lunch, 1 brunch, airport transfers, ground transportation, three facilitated sessions, a strategy plenary and retreat manual with personal and business development resources included
✨Opportunity to engage in equal part soul and business development work through the lenses of Ocean Memory, Human Design, Working Genuis, and a 2027 Business Strategy Plenary
✨ Option for planned group surprise activity (we say option because absolutely nothing about anything we do is "mandatory." Everyone has different needs and mandatory is just annoying. If you get there and decide all you need and want is sleeping, you do you).
✨ The low-key vibe that Katalyst is known for that centers our safety, community, and ultimate restoration.
✨ Space. Space to just be...however you might be called to 'be' in this moment.
